Greg Thomas scored 15 points, all in the first half, and Les Harris pulled down 13 rebounds, 11 in the first period, as the Marauders (9-10, 2-0) remain undefeated in Foothill Conference play.

The Marauders, who are without the conference's leading scorer Deonte Huff because of a wrist injury, pulled to a 14 point half time lead, in part because of Thomas, but also because of a stifiling defense on the No. 2 conference scorer, Jabir Jenna. The Roadrunners (5-13, 0-2) shot only 19 percent in the second half as a team and 23 percent in the game.

Jenna did end with 15 points, but was only four for 20 from the field and one for 12 from three.

The Roadrunners were able to stifle both Thomas and Harris in the second half, but in what had to be considered a true team effort, eight other Marauders scored though on Thomas made it to double figures.
